We usually ship within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3–5 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way!

All  Crochett products are individually handmade, ensuring attention to detail and quality in every piece. Each order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

In rare cases, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or any unforeseen issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at lumenzapk@gmail.com or through the WhatsApp button on our website. Our team will be happy to assist you promptly.

As some items are handcrafted and made to order, we currently don’t offer returns on those products. However, exchanges are available in case of any issues with your order. We truly appreciate your understanding — every piece takes days of dedicated handwork to create.
